"Hello my name is Robert I just gotten off the phone with the State farm had never had a claim before during this ice storm I had a problem but there's a lady name was Rhonda I can't remember her last name but she was very helpful she was very courteous she helped me in in more ways than I can remember but she was very nice and helpful even though I wasn't able to get the claim she did all she could do for me and I did appreciate that and that's all I have to say take care"
