"I have been a customer of Caleb Hollingsworth’s State Farm agency for many years. In the last two years we have had two significant insurance events which were handled by his office in an outstanding manner. First we had one of our vehicles totaled. We were very impressed on how quickly this office responded to our needs. Within a very short period of time we were compensated fairly for our vehicle. Secondly, we had storm damage to the roof of our house. Ultimately this was covered as well. As one can imagine getting a roof replaced can take awhile and requires extensive correspondence with State Farm on a national level. Rhonda Cochran at this local Rossville office is simply outstanding. She is professional, courteous and dedicated to customer service like I’ve never seen before. She was constantly working on my claim and communicated with me frequently. The amazing part was normally in these type of situations the customer has to call the business for updates. Not with Rhonda. She initiated the communication with me most of the time. I would mention to my wife that we didn’t need to worry because “Rhonda was on it”!
